Do you offer unisex sizing?

Yes! Many of our garments are designed with a unisex fit in mind. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific sizing notes.

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend checking our size guide located on each product page. Many of our garments are meant to fit oversized.

What if an item is sold out?

Many of our collections are limited edition and may not restock. However, you can sign up for restock notifications on each product page to stay in the loop.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 7–9 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

What is a pre order and when will my pre order ship?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it’s officially released or restocked, ensuring you secure your piece before it sells out. The estimated shipping window is listed on the product page and included in your confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details and regular updates via email. If there are any changes to the timeline, we’ll notify you promptly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination, local taxes, and any applicable duties.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you used your Shop Pay account at checkout, you can also track your order directly through your account.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us ASAP at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help.

What if my package never arrived?

First, double-check your shipping confirmation and tracking info and that the shipping information is correct. If your order still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected].

What is Route Package Protection?

Route is an optional shipping insurance that protects your order during transit. We highly recommend using our Route Protection Service to safeguard your package. If you choose not to insure your order, please note that you assume full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for orders that were not insured with Route Protection.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 18 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items are not eligible - please check an item’s description to see if an item is a final sale.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return, please visit our return portal. You will need your order number and zip code.

What if my item comes damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will assist you promptly to resolve the problem.

How should I care for my Dairy Boy garments?

We recommend washing on cold and tumble drying on low to preserve fit and fabric quality. Some of our garments will have specific care instructions, so please be sure to check the wash instructions under each product!

What materials are your clothes made from?

Our pieces are made from a variety of high-quality materials like 100% cotton, cotton blends, and denim. Materials of each garment are listed on each product page.
